I'm not sure if it was you or Newport who somehow missed the entire point about remote working during covid being because peeps could NOT go to local places like WeWork?
As a home-working freelancer for the last 15 years or so I totally get where Newport is coming from. I have no children at home, a perfectly nice home office and my wife leaves me in peace, mostly, but it's still a huge distraction. I'd love to have some place to go purely for work, but cannot justify more than a token amount when I already have all the facilities I need.
