Update: Atlassian announced that the entire company can stay remote on a permanent basis

Dominos keep falling. Today Zillow announced that ~90% of its 5400 employees will have permanent flexibility to stick with remote work or come into the office (or a mix)
While this announcement may not have had the warm fuzzies of Slack or the power-baller statement of Shopify, I like how practical it was. The CEO talks about how the company is getting work done *right now, remotely* and so that will continue. It's that kind of lets-just-do-the-thing mindset that I love in business
Update: Fujitsu Global has just announced all 80,000 of its employees will be remote-first.
Calling the move a "work life shift," the company said: [it's] not only a concept of "work," but represents a comprehensive initiative to realize employee well-being by shifting preexisting notions of "life" and "work" through digital innovation.
